Venice to Geneva - ES fare €38

On the http://www.sbb.ch/en/ website,
I got a special offer(Smart 2) of €38 for ES train from Venice to Geneva on Jul 5,2008.
As a US resident am I eligible for this smart fare.

I see the offer on the website. You should be eligble for this fare as a US resident. You can email them with a question if you want. They take 2 days to respond but they do respond in my experience. What I don't see is if you can purchase your ticket online and print it out at your location. You will need to ask them that question.

The fare looks OK except that it has severe restrictions. It seems to be good only on the date and train run shown on the ticket. There are no refunds or exchanges possible (as you have noted). If you miss the train, the ticket is toast. A regular fare ticket is about double this special fare.
