We would like to take a night train to a city that we are able to fly out of on a budget airline to go back to London. I have found that we can go on a night train to Vienna, but Ryan Air only flys out of Bratislava (not sure how close that is to Vienna- help?) Does anyone have any info about this or any other suggestions?

I don't understand why you would bother with a night train - Ryanair flies out of Treviso (outside Venice) to Sanstead. Surely that would be eaiser than taking a night train somewhere else?

you can also fly easy jet from venice (marco polo) to London Gatwick, the airport easy jet flys out of in venice is alot easier to get to then the ryan air airport which is treviso.

I agree with the previous posts - don't bother with the extra time and expense of a night train. Also check British Airways out of Venice... Their flights are sometimes cheaper than Easyjet. Booking on the American Airlines (partners with British Airways) website is usually cheaper than booking on the British Airways website. BMI and Lufthansa also fly non-stop and sometimes have specials.
