Would anyone care to suggest where I can rent a Van in the U.K. Similar to a GMC Savana, Ford E350 or a Ford Transit, that would seat 8 passengers comfortably, and allow space for plenty of luggages (9 full size luggages) for around 10 days. THANK YOU!

Hertz has a 12 seater, some of the other usual suspects probably have similar. The reason I mention a van this size is that while there is no problem getting an 8 seater, it is our experience that getting sufficient space for storing luggage is more of a problem. You can either ask for a roof rack (if available) or utilise any unused seats, we have done the second.

If you want to rent a 12 seater make sure your drivers licence allows you to do that. I'm not sure about the regulations in the UK but in most of Europe you need a special licence to transport more than 8 people.

I think the UK rules on driving larger vehicles partly hinge on whether the vehicle is being driven for hire/reward (ie paying passengers) or personal use. The rental company should be able to put you straight.
