Hi RS Forum, just passing along a tip I benefited from yesterday.
I booked a Delta flight several weeks ago and set up a Google Flights notice for that itinerary and class of service. Yesterday GF emailed that the price had gone down by $120. I called Delta and 20 minutes later (most of that was hold time) the nice agent reissued the ticket and put a $120 credit in my SkyMiles account that is good for a year. Not quite as good as an actual refund, but I’m in a Delta hub and I know I’ll use the credit.
