Long story short: backpack with train tickets stolen, trying to repurchase @db site online. Even though I choose single ride, the web site will not let me purchase without selecting a return journey, even though it shows me the single ride fare. I have logged off & logged back on + explored every link. ANy ideas? Thanks!

Sorry, Layni. I am unable to reproduce your problem, so I don't know how to fix it. On thing, and I know this is too simple, but the "radio button" for single ride precedes "single ride". You don't, by any chance, have the button following "single ride" selected?

Was the ticket prepurchased via the internet. If so, just reprint it.
