hey hey eric
great story with a great ending. i'm a dog lover and always on "doggie patrol" when friends take vacations. pack my bag and move in for however long they are gone and wherever they go.
my BFF just lost her aunt, 96 years old, and adopted her baby.
so happy all worked out and employee took her/him in. the very cute dog will be in a loving home like no other.

I don't want to overstate the case, but when there are flood evacuations in the US, it seems to be easier to raise money to feed lost pets than, say, impoverished children.

Princess Pupule, I’m sure that your dog-owning friends love having such a reliable dog sitter. And you have the best of both worlds because you get to take care of various dogs and yet when you get bitten by the travel bug again, you can be free to take off to your next destination for however long you choose.
