Never heard of them, but research show they have a Boeing and Embraer fleet, so I see that as a 'plus'.

I see shiny new Boeing jets painted in Ukraine International Airlines lined up at Boeing Field here in Seattle, getting ready for delivery.

Haven't flown them myself, but if the route and pricing works for you, I wouldn't have any serious concerns about flying them.

I flew them Frankfurt to Kiev. No problems, plane was a little shabby. The funniest thing was that the plane started taxiing down the runway while people were still standing up stowing suitcases etc.

You may find that in other parts of the world, airlines are a lot looser (and cooperation is less universal) when it comes to rules about people being in their seats and other safety issues we often take for granted...right after landing (still on the runway) I've seen people jump up and start grabbing their bags, and worse.
