What would you suggest to get from Dublin airport to Dublin center? Uber or local transit?! Other suggestions?!?!

Depending on where you are going, there are two coach services from Dublin Airport to different parts of town. Airlink and Aircoach. Traffic in central Dublin is murder with all the construction and a cab will cost a fortune due to delays.
The coaches are right outside the terminals. Very easy to use. 6 Euro one way, 10 Euro round trip.

We took air coach and it was great. There is also airline... they have different routes so you may want to look at a map to pick based on where your hotel is.
There is a TON of construction in Dublin so I agree with pp who said a cab may be $$$$

There is no train service from Dublin Airport.

There is also the public bus, routes 16 and 41, for 3.3 Euro. A bit slower, but stops throughout downtown. http://www.dublinbus.ie/en/
