I am considering a flight from Miami to Munich that has a change of planes in TXL (Berlin). The time between flights is 55 min. which seems tight. I check recent flights and it looks like the flight from Miami lands in terminal C and the Munich flight leaves from terminal A which is next to C. Has anyone travelled through this airport and know if the time to get from C to A is doable assuming the plane lands on time. I have checked the flight and it has a 84% record for onetime arrivals.

I haven't transited at Tegel, but I have departed from Tegel. It is a very small airport.

That sounds like good advice from George, assuming that your connection is on the same airline (or code-shared) and you arrive early enough in the day to have later connection options.
