two Together Railcard or Senior Rail Card

I am looking at a discount card for Great Britain. My wife and I are 62 and 61. Looking at the Senior Rail card BOTH of us have to have a card at 30 pounds EACH (have to buy a total of 2 cards). The Two Together Railcard is for two people traveling together (that's us) and it is 30 pounds for BOTH of us (We need only 1 card). It looks like the best price is to get the Two Together Railcard. (We will have to bring a passport picture for each of us.) Am I missing something?
Thanks
Chris

Nope, not missing anything as far as I can see.

Instead of paying £60 and getting a blue railcard you will pay £30 and get a purple one.

The only catch is that you can't leave her or him on the platform or in the hotel room, Chris.

If you will be together for all the discounted trips, that's the way to go....
