TVG Reservations and obtaining tickets

I am trying to reserve train tickets on France's TVG website from here in the US for a trip in August. If I choose to pick up the tickets at the train station, the directions suggest that I can only obtain the tickets if I use a credit card with a chip; if I choose to have tickets mailed to me, the USA is not an option for an address. Does anyone have any experience with this? Can we use a credit card with a magnetic strip and no chip, and still get our tickets either at a kiosk or a ticket window in the train station?

You can pick up your tickets at a station/boutique with a magnetic strip card. You'll have to go to a ticket window to pick them. It's the machines that only accept chip cards.
