President Trump signed an executive order today to fund TSA.
It's expected that some TSA workers could receive paychecks by Monday.

"House Republicans reject Senate’s DHS budget bill, insist on funding ICE and Border Patrol"
edit: There was a missing step in there where Trump's action triggered the Senate Republicans and Democrats to fund the Airport people (and others) but not ICE. That was what the House Repubs rejected.

Robert, Trump signed a separate execcutive order this afternoon that has nothing to do with Congress. The TSA workers will be paid.
