TSA Twitter Account

I did a quick search and didn't see this posted previously. My apologies if this is a duplicate.

A recent WSJ journal article indicated that the TSA has been using twitter to answer questions and get issues resolved. They are fairly quick to respond and will look into issues such as why your boarding pass does not have Precheck even though you're eligible. I thought that this could be handy for my fellow travelers.

I may even have to set up a twitter account just in case.

TSA has made excellent use of social media to help with customer relations! It also helps TSA agents/workers lives much easier. Great use of Twitter.
