The TSA has opened its first international location at Nassau Airport in the Bahamas. Passengers heading towards the U.S. will utilize this service that will include TSA Pre-Check.
The TSA also hinted that this may be the first of other locations. Nassau is part of the U.S. pre-clearance program.

I've only ever used CBP pre-clearance in Dublin—having to go through security checks twice in a matter of minutes was probably more annoying than the lack of Pre-Check at the second of the two.
Having Pre-Check at pre-clearance gateways will be especially nice if they're "one-stop" checkpoints.
