Trying to buy tickets from SBB from Lausanne, Switzerland to Milan.

I have been trying to order tickets from Lausanne to Milan. My visa credit card keeps getting denied. Talked to my bank and they said it is approved. My credit card is a new chip and signature visa travel card. Has anyone else had this problem? I will use my MasterCard but was trying to use one card for all expenses.

Agreed. I believe people have had pretty good luck ordering through SBB. If it just won't work, then there's Rail Europe, or you can buy in person at nearly any train station in Europe.

Thank you both. I finally got the tickets using my MC. No problem getting them.
