Trouble completing payment on www.sncf.com

Trying to purchase tickets on sncf.com alllll day and it will accept all my information through credit card and then give me a "The service is temporarily unavailable, and your request could not be processed.Please wait a few moments and try again. Thank you for your understanding." message. I have even worked with my credit card company today to be sure I have SecureCode service (saw it suggested on another board that this could be issue.) Anyone have any advice on how to get resolution or have this experience?
