I am flying into Barcelona with two friends. I have been once before but only for a 24 hour stay and will be spending 3 days there. I will then be taking Ryan Air(I've taken them before so I know they aren't the greatest but it seems to be the fastest way)from Barcelona to Sevilla. After Sevilla, I wanted to move onto southern Portugal. We will be traveling in Mid-September. I've heard great things about Lagos and Faro. Is it worth it to travel there during this time(I've heard it is more of a beach town)? Is the weather still nice? What is a cheap/fast way to get from Sevilla to Lagos or Faro? I'm not interested in renting a car though. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

There are busses that go this route and check into trains. At one time from Seville you had to go back to Madrid but that may have changed by now.
