Can anyone provide me with specific instructions on how to request an online refund for the tickets I bought online for Sept. 18? There was a strike, so I couldn't use the tickets. The website is way too confusing and only half-translated. When I was in person at the ticket counter in Italy, she said tickets bought online can be refunded online. I just can't find where! I did try logging into Customers Area > Purchase Management > On Line Refund, but that didn't work (I think because a strike is not an "ordinary" refund). Thanks!
