We have bought all of our train tickets from RS rail europe link and thought it would be easy to proceed to the station kiosks and print our tickets. For some reason, until further notice, you have to go to the ticket counter and get the tickets. Will we be able to print out all tickets at one counter while we are at Milano Centrale? We are headed to Varenna first and RS noted that there are no ticket counters in the Varenna station.

Just be prepared to wait in long ticket lines at Milano Centrale (they're always long, and if there's a problem with the machines, they will be longer). But once you're at the counter, they can issue or print any Trenitalia tickets for anywhere in the country.
