Does anyone know if there website has issues on Chrome? I just joined and wanted to buy tickets for November- The calendar won't advance, and it doesn't seem to recognize that I put in 2 - won't let me pick to seats!

I just looked up some tix for Rome to Florence in mid November on Chrome - no issues. Make sure you’re on the official Trenitalia website
Or maybe try another browser. Or perhaps download the Trenitalia app and try that. Good luck!

What hardware platform are you on? I just tried on a Samsung Android tablet - no issues.
How does the calendar not advance - in my case you drag up/down to move by month. To specify passengers, click the down arrow, then the plus sign to change to 2, then confirm at the very bottom of the screen,
Can you download the app, or are you on a PC? Can you try a different browser?

You must pay to pick the seats and it's a waste of money. Getting tickets in a single transaction, You will be travelling on a single PNR code (that's your authority to travel). So the system will always seat the 2 of you as close as possible, to make life easier for train conductors checking the PNRs.
