flying from Paris to Amsterdam on Business, i want to go to san sebastian for vacation. What is the best and cheapest way to get there. From Holland or france ? by sncf or plane?

IIRC, Flights may route you to Madrid and connection to San Sebastien or a second airline to San Sebastien. Train from Paris through Bordeaux and into the Basque region on TGV or idTGV and then a bus or two to San Sebastien. Flight is quicker but train and buses should be cheaper if you purchase way in advance and avoid peak times. Edwin
