I would like to travel somewhere not on the Euro in September. I am looking for a seaside warm destination, Good wine & Food any suggestions.

I think this board is primarily for trips to europe.
That being said,have you considered Croatia?

The southern hemisphere will just be starting to warm up for spring in September, so unless you stay near the equator it might not be very warm.
