I'm a minor traveling to Europe this summer with one of my friends but my without my parents. My friend is 18 but I'm 17. Are there any forms I need to fill out or get signed or anything like that to leave the U.S. or enter Europe? I'm flying into the Netherlands if it makes a difference.
You need to look at the Department of State website for the most up to date, accurate answers. People here can advise, but the Department of State makes policy.
The answer lies in what is need to exit and enter the US (State Dept and Fish and Wildlife Dept) along with what is need to pass into and out of the various immigration regions (region specific) you are traveling to. Edwin
Don't worry about U.S. Fish and Wildlife. You don't count for them. Get your official information from State.
I disagree, Doug. A 17-year-old flying into the Netherlands? Definitely falls under "Wildlife" ;-)
Good point, Eileen! Then we should probably also mention the Department of Agriculture...
