Travelcard for 9 day stay

So after doing some research, it looks like I'll want to get a 7-day Travelcard from the Heathrow Tube Station because there's no advantage to getting it at a rail station for the 2-4-1 deal. Apparently, most if not all 2-4-1 deals expire by April and I won't be arriving until late May.

Now the question is, what do I ask for at the ticket window? Am I correct in asking this...

Put a 7-day travelcard on an Oyster card and tack on enough PAYG money to cover the Day 1 Heathrow to London, Day 8, Day 9, and the trip back to Heathrow.

Another question, can I order this exact situation online and have it sent to me before I go?

The 2for1 deals overall have been running for years if not decades. There is no particular reason why they won't be renewed again. The website only shows them within the contract period as any attraction could decide to withdraw.

Online you are offered either PAYG or a travel card so you will need to buy anything more sophisticated when you arrive. If you have a compatible contactless credit card you can use this directly - the proportion of the travel between Monday and Friday would be capped at the 7 day rate anyway.

Individual 2-4-1 deals expire a couple of times a year to be replaced by similar ones, sometimes adding or deleting a few but fundamentally the same. I wouldn't change my plans because of a small change that may happen some time before you travel.

You can easily acquire an Oyster Card, or use your suitable contactless card - neither of which will work with the 2-4-1 deals, or Travelcards (which if issued by a train company not TfL will work).

This one can wait, Mike.

Ordering online cost too much.
