Do we have to switch trains in St. Lazarre to Nord when traveling from this area to London? I have put in a train travel on the eurotrain and it seems it goes straight thru, but a change is in Nord? Does anyone know?
You will take a regional train from Val-de-Reuil to Gare St-Lazare. Walk to the Haussmann-St-Lazare RER station and take the RER E to Magenta (first stop) which is connected to the north side of Gare du Nord. The fare is 1.50€. Walk to Gare du Nord to catch the Eurostar to London.
You will be taking a regional train from Val de Reuill to Paris, which arrives at St. Lazare station. From there, you will have to make your way to Gare du Nord, which is the departure point for the Eurostar trains to London. From Gare St. Lazare, take the RER E train (Paris regional rail network) one stop to Magenta station, which is connected to Gare du Nord. Or you can take a taxi...it's only about 1.5 miles.
