I am planning to travel to Capadoccia from Istanbul. Is there any airline that anyone who recommend using,
and a tour company, hotel?

We flew Turkish Airlines from Istanbul and it worked great. Use can use Tripadvisor to see feedback on you companies. We rented a car and driving was very easy, but the tour we took one day gave us a lot of info too.
