I have been on the website several times over the last 6 days to purchase tickets however have been unable to get them to show up beyond Dec 10. I thought it was 92 days prior and it is now 85. Or do they only post on a weekly time frame?

Not weekly, bi-annually. Keep trying. This happens twice a year, in June and in December. Although it's less than 92 days in advance, the Winter/Spring schedules have yet to be uploaded to the database by the European railroads. You're trying to book the route including the DB bus from Nuernberg to Prague, right? Because the all rail route from Munich to Prague via Schwandorf is all regional trains and can't be booked in advance. You can buy open tickets or the Bayern-Pass online, but they are the same tickets you could buy that morning at the station. I've never paid enough attention to when the Bahn uploads their schedule. It's not on December 10, but as I remember you have a bit of a wait, yet. Italy will be really late. Someone will write in and wonder why the schedule only shows a couple of international trains from Milan to Venice. The Italian Eurostar trains have just not been put on the schedule. Price changes, if any, will become effective on Dec 11, too.
