travel Lake Bled to Tuscany

Our tour ends 11 October at Lake Bled. We want the most efficient, direct route to Italy where we can rent a car to drive to Tuscany. Is there an appropriate ferry across the Adriatic? Or bus or direct rail available? Kevin
