If you have an American Express card, give them a call. They offer both medical insurance and Global Travel insurance, both of which provide standard coverage at a reasonable price.

The website that Kent suggests lets you compare many different policies from different companies so that you can get just the coverage you want without having to pay for things you don't need. That allows you to customize the cost.
