want to get from CDG to FCO in march. vueling a/l has good rates. has anyone used this airline? any comments good or bad please.

I fly Vueling frequently. Very nice cheap airline.
One note - the seating can be quite cramped - therefore, I recommend an early check in and request row 12 (exit row).
Also - they do speak English on this airline.
There will be inflight food service and drinks - but all will need to be purchased.
