Has anyone used the direct bus from Rome airport to Salerno? It apparently runs once a day on Monday Wednesday and Friday. It sort of fits our times. Do I dare trust it?

robin, Are you sure that it's a direct train from Roma / FCO to Salerno? I checked the current schedules on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and there only appears to be trains with one change at Roma Termini and then direct to Salerno (and some with one change at Napoli Centrale). AFAIK, there are NO direct trains from FCO to Salerno. You'll likely have to use the Leonardo Express to get to Roma Termini and then connect. Which website did you obtain the information from? Harold, Thanks for pointing that out. I tend to use Buses infrequently, so more focused on rail travel.
