Is Travel Guard rental collision insurance equivalent to the collision damage waiver I can buy through the rental car company? Is it different from personal accident insurance? My quote from Hertz charges $34.36/day for CDW and $9.16 for personal accident insurance. If the Travel Guard at $9/day is the same as the CDW, then it seems like a good deal.
