Travel from Zurich to Tremezzo

Maybe. Tremezzo is not served by train, but you can get there by ferry from the town of Como. There are direct trains from the Zurich main station to Como, leaving every two hours. The one you want leaves at 15:09 and arrives at Como San Giovanni at 18:15. Then you could catch the 19:20 ferry to Tremezzo. To catch that 15:09 train from the Zurich main station, the Swiss rail site says to take the 14:47 train from the airport station. There are also trainsat 14:40 and 14:43 that take you to the main station fast 10 to 12 minutes). It looks like the 14:47 is the last one that will get you there in time for the 15:09 train. If your plane xs on time you might make it ( off the plane, into the terminal and through immigration), but it is tight. The next train to Como leaves at 17:09 and arrives there at 20:45. I didn't see a ferry that would leave that late, but maybe I wasn't reading the ferry schedule correctly. Maybe someone else can do better. Or you could look into a taxi from Como to Tremezzo. But if it were my trip, I would probably either spend the night in Zurich (better than a long train ride after a long flight) or in Como, and go th Tremezzo the next day.

Nevertheless, in Summer that 19:20 fast ferry is the last of any sort to Tremezzo. It is a fast ferry which attracts the fast ferry service surcharge.
