Travel from Seville to Lagos Portugal

Thank you. I think we will take the bus the entire way from Sevilla. Is the bus station easy to find in Sevilla and does it go straight through to Lagos after stopping in Huelva?

What do you want from this 'BEST'? There is no direct train link, the networks of the two countries do not connect in the south. You can train to Huelva if you want and pick up the same bus journey you could have been on from Seville. The bus company is http://www.eva-bus.com/novo/
www.renfe.es is the Spanish rail company. Does this cover it?

Ah yes - beware two bus stations in Seville - you need Plaza de las Armas - as it is few years since I have been in Seville, I had to look up myself for best direction and this is it - 'By the river, opposite the shopping mall, on Avenida Torneo. Just two minutes walk from the bullring.' Yes, the bus is direct from Seville to Lagos with perhaps six stops including Huelva, the first.
