Travel from Rome to Paris via Barcelona and London.

Hello travelers:
I'll be traveling in mid April, from Rome to Paris. Spending several days in Rome and then fly to Barcelona for a 7 night Med cruise and then on to London for 3 nights before our final destination of Paris.Need help with lodging, tours, dining, and transportation
( fly or rail ). Already booked air with United for flights to Rome and back home from Paris. We'll be in Europe for 20 nights of which 7 will be on the cruise ship.
We need lots of suggestions.
Thanks for your help.
Aloha,
William

Hello neighbor. I'm mathematically challenged so just let us know, how much time do you plan to spend in each location? How many days is several in Rome? Will you spend time in Barcelona before or after the cruise? Do you have a flight booked from Barcelona to London? To go from London - Paris the Eurostar (train) is the way to go. Is this your first trip to Europe? What are your interests? All this information is helpful for people to assist you. You will receive more replies if people have a better idea how to help you.

We plan on spending 3 to 4 nights in Rome, London and Paris. Two nights in Barcelona. Our cruise is from April 18-25th so we'll probably spend the night of the 17th and 25th in Barcelona. We want to see the obvious sights of interest in all cities we visit including the Normandy area of France. We are totally open and very flexable with expection to the United schedule which we booked with miles.

Aloha, William

It sounds like you need to do some guidebook reading. For example, you're asking for hotel and restaurant suggestions in huge cities with enormous variety--no one can possibly recommend anything without knowing your budget, tastes, what part of the city you want to be in, etc. If you do some research on your own then come back with more specific questions (ie "can anyone recommend a hotel with quiet rooms for less than 200E near the Louvre in Paris?", people will be able to help you.

Also, scroll down and read the bold faced post, Help with Itinerary and Travel Times. Questions about flying vs. rail vs. car are asked all the time, and this thread will help you figure out how to estimate travel times and costs by yourself (rather than asking us to take the time to do it).
