My wife and I are travelling from Positano to Naples on 24 April 2013. We thought a bus journey might suit us best, but are open to rail suggestions too. Any advice/contact sites would be appreciated. Anthony

Are you going to Siena (as your heading says) or just to Naples (as the body of your message says)? From Positano to Naples you could take a bus to Sorrento and then the Vesuviana commuter train to Naples. From there to Siena the fastest way is a high speed train from Naples to Florence, then in Florence take a bus to Siena (bus station in Florence is located in Via Santa Caterina da Siena, across from the train station).
