I am in the beginning stages of planning a trip which will include London-Paris-Munich. What do you suggest as the best way to get from Paris to Munich? If it is to fly, any airline suggestions/websites would be appreciated. Thanks!

On that route, I'd probably use the train as the trip isn't really that long (depending of course on which train you choose).
For example, there's a train departing Paris Est at 07:24, arriving Munich Hbf at 13:30 (time 6H:06M, one change in Mannheim, reservations compulsory). I really don't think it would be any faster to use a budget flight, and for me it would be much more stressful. I find riding the trains is a very relaxing way to travel, and travel is to & from the city centres, so very easy.

There are no discount airlines that fly directly between Paris and Munich.
IMO, the train is the way to go. If you book far enough in advance (up to 90 days allowed) at www.bahn.de, you can get cheap discount fares for both daytime routes and the direct night train.

I wouldn't go directly from Paris to Munich. There is so much to see in between. If you go from Paris to Strasbourg into Germany, there is the Black Forest and the Romantic Road in between. Or, you can go south of there and see parts of Switzerland (Berner Oberland, Luzern, Zürich) and the Bodensee.
