Trying to find a way to make this trip on a Saturday morning in June. I can't seem to find local train or bus sc hedules between these two locations! Any help appreciated.

There is frequent train service throughout the day. Take a regional train to Ventimiglia. Change to another regional train and take it to San Remo. Total time: 90 minutes or less. See the timetables at www.bahn.de. After you get summary timetables, click on "Details for all" to see the connecting points.
