I flew LOT Polish airlines from Krakow to Frankfurt. Normal price for that flight is around $200 one way. You can compare prices and schedules on this and other routes in Europe using skyscanner.com. It looks like TUIfly, a German budget airline, also servers that route on some days.

If you really mean Frankf-U-rt, a city in Hessen, Germany (not Frankfort, the capital of Kentucky), with advance purchase, up to 92 days in advance, you can get an Europe-Spezial fare from German Rail for as low as 39€ pp from Krakow to Frankfurt. It's a 14 hour trip, by EC from Krakow to Berlin, then ICE from Berlin to Frankfurt Hbf.
