3 Friends want a day trip from Croatia to Mostar. We like the idea of a rental car so we can come and go when we want to. Are there any problems driving from Croatia to Mostar? Border crossing?

No, just make sure you clear it with the rental company from the beginning. They will have documents ready for you. Of course, time is always involved at a border. I haven’t done this since Croatia joined the EU. Any chance you can manage an overnight in Mostar?
