Where does Eger come in? It is in Hungary, not Slovenia or Austria.

there are buses every hour from Bled to Ljubljana. Its about 1 hour 15 minute ride. We have taken both train and plane Ljubljana to Vienna. Train takes 6 to 7 hours to Wien Meidling. You can check Adria Air web site for flights.
