Travel from Bari to Dubrovnick

I would like to travel from Bari to Dubrovnick. My curent choices are to fly but I would have to backtrack through Rome or take an overnight ferry.
Does anyone know of a direct flight, a high speed ferry or a ferry with a ferry with a morning departure?
