Hi we are going to Iceland in January 25 can anyone advise the cheapest and easiest way to get from the airport to The Viking hotel please

It would be helpful if you mentioned which airport and where the hotel is.
But assuming Keflavík and Reykjavík my suggestion is the airport coaches.

According to Google, you can take Strateo Bus 55 (with a short walk). Depending on your arrival time, you may just want to book a taxi.

Cheapest and easiest do not fit well together. Pick one. The easiest will be a door to door taxi. The cheapest is the airport bus or shuttle. Pick one -- you cannot have both.

I agree with Frank. Cheapest is the local bus. Otherwise Flybus is about $39 per person each way, or a taxi runs about $150 and is door to door. Flybus takes you in a large coach to the central bus terminal, where you switch to a smaller bus and you get dropped at a bus stop usually pretty close to your hotel. If there are several of you traveling, a taxi may very well be cheaper than this.
