Travel Dubrovnik to Split

Hi\

\We are off to Croatia / Slovenia in July. We arrive in Zagreb, connecting flight to Dubrovnik stay for a few days then head to Split, I was thinking of catching a ferry, as we will pick up a car at the end of our time there and make our way to Slovenia before heading back to Zagreb.

Wondering if a Ferry from Dubrovnik to Split is the best option ?

Thank you

Melissa

There are no ferries. There is one daily Krilo catamaran running between Dubrovnik and Split, arriving in the early evening. You would need to buy tickets in advance. Buses take about the same time (4 hours actual travel time plus time getting to and from the departure point) but the advantage is that they run throughout the day.

I took a bus and it was great. Comfortable, cheap, and great scenery.

We are a party of 4 and booked with Croatia Private Tours 360. Euros for pick up in Trogir to Dubrovnik with a stop in Mostar and Ston. We felt it was economical considering the cost of doing those tours separately.
