I am taking a cruise in November and the first stop is Savona, Italy. I would like to visit Genova. Can you take a train or bus from Savona to Genova? What is the best way to get there? Thank you

There are at least two trains/hour between Savona and Genova. See the detailed timetables on the German Rail site.
