Since it's a long ride, I'd travel overnight if I were doing this. Travel Trieste-Udine-Muenchen-Praha, departing at 20:42 and arriving at 12:29. The Udine-Muenchen leg is on the CNL night train. The Muenchen-Praha leg is on an express bus. See the detailed timetables on the German Rail site.
