For Vienna to Prague you should also take a look at Student Agency Bus company for prices: http://www.studentagency.eu/ I've also recently started seeing this company recommended by regulars on TripAdvisor.com but I have no personal experience with it (and rumor has it this company's routing is faster than the train, only taking 4 hours - and it's only €19): https://westbus.at/

Paris-Versailles: Using the Metro and the RER, the fare from anywhere in central Paris to Versailles-Rive Gauche is €3.25. Take the Metro to a RER C station and take the RER C to Versailles-Rive Gauche. The RER C line divides on the west side of Paris so be sure you get on the right train. Paris-Nice: The standard 2nd class fare on a direct TGV is €128.00. Booked well in advance (up to three months allowed) at tgv-europe.com, you can get a discount fare as low as €30.00. Nice-Florence: The 2nd class fare for a regional train from Nice to Ventimiglia is €7.00. No discount for advance purchase. The standard 2nd class fare for Ventimiglia-Florence varies according to the types of trains you take and the number of connections you make. It ranges from €26.50 to €49.10. As Bob said, use trenitalia.com for timetables and fares within Italy. That's where I got the fares for Ventimiglia-Florence.

For Venice to Vienna and Vienna to Prague, you'll probably get the best prices at the Austrian Rail website (www.oebb.at). For Venice to Vienna, take the route by bus to Villach and by train from there to Vienna. The bus is run by Austrian Rail and they will honor the online ticket from Austrian Rail. If you take the night train, you'll have more difficulty getting the Italian crew in Venice to accept the online ticket.
