What is the travel time by train between Paris and Arles?

Anywhere from 3:46 to 5:04 using fast trains and one or two changes. The 12:53 does it in 4:16 with no changes at all. 9 to 11 hours using non TGV trains with either 1 or 2 changes. What is the conflicting information that you seem to be getting?
