Can anyone recommend a good travel agent in the Austin or Galveston, Texas area?

While I enjoy planning our trips and booking most of it myself, I wouldn't mind using a travel agent to help me with booking the more complicated plane tickets. So, if anyone can recommend a good agency to do this, I would also like to know.

I always thought plane tickets was the simplest and easiest part.

I am puzzled by your comments. We have booked with discount airlines Edinburgh/Amsterdam (twice) Edinburgh/Frankfurt, Edinburgh/London (twice), Venice/London, Bristol/Dublin and maybe some others that do not come to mind immediately, all from my home desk in Edmonton, Canada. I have discussed some plans with a travel agent and they professed not to know some of the airlines we have used.
Where have you run into problems?
