What is the best way to get from Upper Slaughter, UK to Windsor Castle?

Kap, As I recall, Upper and Lower Slaughter are located in the Cotswolds, an area that's not well served by public transit. Having a rental car is probably the easiest way, which is the method I used to visit that area. There may be National Express Coach service in that area, but I haven't checked. AFAIK, the only rail station in that area is Moreton-In-Marsh, and I'm not sure if there are Buses from there to Upper Slaughter. I'm sure one of our U.K. HelpLine members will have more complete information. Happy travels!

minimal if any bus service at Lower Slaughter, it is a really small hamlet near Stow on the Wold. Car or taxi to Moreton in the Marsh (a fair distance). Fairly frequent train to Paddington station in London (approx 1.5 hours) . Train from Paddigton to Windsor( approx 40 minutes) plus waiting time and time to buy tickets.
